Internal Sales Administrator

Daymark are specialists in the design and production of high-quality self-adhesive labels, stickers and tags to a diverse range of industries. Continued growth means we are currently looking to recruit an Internal Sales administrator to join our team.

Job Purpose:

To assist in the development of sales and sales opportunities through a pro-active approach that delivers great customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales – to increase sales through the conversion of incoming phone and email sales enquiries.
  • Enquiries – to complete quotation enquiries and return in the agreed timescale, ensuring good communication throughout the process.
  • Customer Service – Working with existing and new customers to deliver first-class service, building strong and sustainable relationships
  • Knowledge – to develop a good understanding of products and processes. Offering advice and support to provide best solution to customer requirements.
  • Order Processing – Input and scheduling of sales orders via CRM software.

A successful candidate must be able to demonstrate proven skills in the following:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Good administration skills
  • Ability to manage your own workload
  • Good IT literacy, including Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrate confidence in speaking to customers via telephone.

Rewind / Production Operative

Daymark are specialists in the design and production of high-quality self-adhesive labels, stickers and tags to a diverse range of industries. Continued growth means we are currently looking to recruit hard-working and enthusiastic rewinders / print finishers.

Job Purpose:

To complete the finishing of label production through slitting, rewinding, counting and inspection using rewind and related inspection equipment. Reporting to the General Manager, this role is critical to the production and quality control process ensuring finished products are products to the required specification, within requested timescale and in a consistent and presentable manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to read and follow works order specifications
  • Setup and operate variety of finishing equipment
  • Verify size and alignment of rolls
  • Quality check all finished goods
  • Label, shrink wrap and pack finished goods

A successful candidate must be able to demonstrate proven skills in the following:

  • A willingless to learn and be part of a friendly, dedicated and hard-working team
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control
  • Strong communication and team working skills
  • Maintain good attendance
  • Willing to work flexibly as needed to meet the needs of production

Thermal Print Operator

Due to continued growth a position of Thermal print operator has become available at Daymark Labels. Daymark are specialist designers and printers of high quality self-adhesive labels to a wide range of industries.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for maintenance and operation of Zebra Thermal printers providing a wide range of variable data print on high-quality plain and pre-printed self-adhesive labels. Successful candidate must me proficient in IT, previous experience advantageous but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Print jobs using our zebra thermal printers
  • Ensure that the final printed product is finished as specification and in time to be dispatched
  • Update systems at each stage of the process
  • Monitor the quality of job output for correctness and quality

A successful candidate must be able to demonstrate proven skills in the following:

  • Self-motivated
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • IT proficient
